Salon Etiquette
This can often be one of the trickiest things to balance at a salon and we do appreciate your cooperation.


Cancellation Charges
One of our biggest challenges is when clients do not turn up for their pre-booked appointment or cancel at very short notice. The impact of this is not only a loss of business to the Salon in these difficult economic times, but also a loss of wages for your Therapist. To provide an efficient service we respectfully ask for a full 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment so that we can offer it to another client in a timely manner. A cancellation fee of a minimum of 50% of the treatment will be charged if the appointment is missed or insufficient notice given. We do of course acknowledge there are genuine emergencies and we request that you inform us as soon as you can.

Lateness
If we are fully booked and you arrive late for the appointment, we may have to shorten your appointment time and the full cost of the pre-booked treatment will be charged. 

Long Appointments
Due to the number of clients that do not arrive for their appointment we may charge a 50% deposit for appointments longer than 90 minutes. This deposit will be refunded in full if we receive the required full 24 hours notice.

Relaxing Treatments
To provide a relaxing ambiance for those clients that are having a relaxing treatment would you kindly observe the 'Please Be Quiet Sign' and switch your mobile phone to silent and supervise any children in your care.
